I know we have a few meatheads on here. What some music y'all listen to while you workout. I mostly listen to system of a down mudvayne slipknot disturbed tool ect. Loooking to make some new pandora stations with bands I may not have heard.

Raise Hell - hed PE <---- that will get the blood pumping on those early morning chest days
Droppin' Plates - Disturbed is another must have to get me fired up

a lot of Disturbed, Drowning Pool, korn, Kill Switch, Godsmack, Tech 9 (for a lil hip hop), also Eminem has a few.


dang forgot Mudvayne and Rob Zombie...

and some other undisclosed bands that make all the above sound like Country music.












NOW, that is IF I were to work out. Given my "hummingbird" nature, I generally listen to this music while I'm eating my chocolate shake at 9:30 PM before I go to bed.

You might check out the new Hank 3 album, its actually 4 albums in one. One of them is speed metal set to cattle auctioneers. Its crazy
