I was just wondering if anyone knows if there are any ducks in Malmaison or any over at the Scatters??

who give a sheit if someone say's there's ducks at malmaison or the scatters. they don't know where your spot is. It's not like it's not overcrowded already. I have a panther swamp report. 1 woodduck in the whole swamp. That was last week..

Honestly, I checked Malmaison last week and did not see anything but a single woodie hen. I obviously did not walk the whole place.

All I'll say is that I saw several ducks somewhere within a 5 mile radius of Malmaison this past Sunday. I believe they will be in Malmaison Saturday, but the hunters may outnumber them. This rain should make dang near ALL of Malmaison navigable with a 25 horse outboard.

I overheard to fellas talking at a sporting goods store in memphis yesterday that there were a few ducks around that area, but they weren't on malmasion. They saw them on private fields. They said they took their boat pretty near all over the place on malmasion, and didn't see a whole lot. They didn't know I heard them talking, but they were talking to one of the sales associates and they may have been pulling his leg so who knows.
