The Texan, known as “The pilot maker,†will be flown in by the Commemorative Air Force, Razorback Wing. This war bird is what every pilot in the World War II era had to master before getting into a P-51 Mustang or a F4U Corsair.

GRUMMAN FM-2 WILDCAT
This Wildcat, flown in by the Cavanaugh Flight Museum, is an early fighter of the Pacific theater in World War II. Many US Navy pilots became aces in this war bird.

DOUGLAS C-47 SKYTRAIN
The Skytrain, owned by the Cavanaugh Flight Museum, is an unbelievable warbird that did so many unspoken tasks during World War II. The Skytrain is most famous for taking the brave men of the Army Airborne into France during the D-day invasion.

The Yak-9 was the mainstay of the Soviet Air Force in the middle and late years of World War II, and was produced in greater numbers than any other Soviet fighter. Flown in by Danny Hickman.

The Bird Dog was used for forward air controller or observation roles. They were rarely used during the Korean War but are really known for their work in Vietnam.

BOEING STEARMAN
Boeing Aircraft manufactured 10,250 Stearmans as models, PT-13 and PT-17, N2S-1, N2S-2, N2S-3 and the N2S-4 for the Army and Navy. This made it the most successful primary trainer of World War II. This is a N2S-4 flown in by Carey Hardin.

NORTH AMERICAN T-28 TROJAN
The North American T-28 Trojan replaced the T-6 Texan. It became the primary trainer for the U.S. Air Force and the U. S. Navy. This aircraft will be flown in by David Flickenstein.
