I would like some information about the Scatters. Nothing Major, just what town it is close to and what type of hunting conditions. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The scatters are over near the old small town of Money, Ms. I know there are guided hunts out there but don't know much more, only hunted there once....I have a camp not too far from there. However, with this much water they won't be doing any good this weekend...Good for me!

Dux,
You can't hide from anyone anymore can you?
Holy Hill Lake is a small oxbow shaped area on Holly Hill creek near the wateree river. For more specifics we will need to get together on the phone or email.

Goose,
Thanks for the info. I was just curious about the area. Probably will never go there. What type of hunting? Wading or from boats? Flooded timber or lake flats?
Thanks,
SRR

It is called the Scatters because that is basicly what it is...large body of water with cypress trees all scattered around. It is a pure resting place that must be hunted by a boat....Not bad when there is little water or very cold...Just too crowded!
Good Luck!
