Need one for the backyard. Doesn't have to be fancy but prefer it to not look like it was made in a high school class either.

i got a big one, its just the round end of a big tank 36" in diameter. and about 30" deep, 3/8" thick side walls.
its heavy, and not real pretty but you can make a big fire in it.
$225

rjohson, I will not sit around your fire if it is in this. Buy a man's fire pit that is big enough for at least one, better yet two back logs.

Appreciate him looking that up but I was thinking the same thing, need something with a little more substance than that one

Find a welder or someone like JD to build you one out of a propane tank. The one I built in college is still going strong. Has had multiple oak trees burned in it, been ran into with trucks, and if it could tell the stories it has heard, we'd all be in prison.

Security Doors on Hwy 61 just north of Cleveland has tank caps with legs ready to go. Not sure on cost. I got them to build a grill a few years ago and its solid.
