How many of y'all can say that you spent the night with a Contracts outline, a few good Cd's, and a can of Skoal?? I now can, and am not sure I'm any better for the experience. These exams are seriously hoarding in on play time (though I did manage to get my truck stuck last week). Somebody please throw me back in the briar patch that was undergraduate...you know, when you could hunt, fish, chase women, and study if you felt like it. Well, guess I better go try and digest all those notes I took last night. Somebody catch a fish for me.

The bad thing about exam time is that the Cubs are on in the afternoon sometimes, midweek baseball games, grove concerts, and most importantly, the bass and crappie are in the shallow backwaters and the white bass are running on the Yokona. If you haven't done the yokona white bass trip, man, you don't know what you are missing. Yes, you can do all that, and drink some and chase girls, if you do so responsibly. Hah! But your grades and job prospects will suffer.
Make your own skinny and you will do much better. Treat school like a job and you will do much better. I know cause I didn't!
And, if it will make you feel better, I caught a couple bags of eating size specks this weekend!

Are you kidding? I don't have a spare second when I'm at school! I'm co-oping 40-45 hrs a week and I have more spare time then when I'm at school! Good luck with your exams... everyone I know is complaining about them right now!

The happiest day of my college career wasn't when I graduated, it was when I pulled through my last accounting exam and my stats 2 exam. What a nightmare

. UM bidness school was pretty cool though. I would go nuts in those grad classes with all those chinese and indians speaking different languages back and forth. Good luck

Oh, such good memories! The parol evidence rule, anticipatory repudiation, Article 2 of the UCC....
...and then, one day, you will, hopefully, get to practice law!
Hang in there.

who'd have thunk that they'd make doctors go to school for so long

Was this question on there? A runs a used car lot and owes B a lot of cashola as a result of B financing A's floorplan. They quit doing business for a while, then A and B negotiate a new floorplan agreement whereby B agrees to advance money and takes a security interest in A's inventory. No, this is not a UCC test, just contracts. Two weeks after contract date, B, not having made any monetary advance or contribution for inventory, slips in at night and removes 30 or so cars from A's lot. B claims to have repossed the cars. A few of the cars are titled to A, most are titled to some other dealer, but that is not the point of this question. What contract principles apply and what is the analysis?
