Laid back or buck wild? We rented a cabin for farmers on the little red in Arkansas. Slept 16 in seperate beds. Drank, Played cards, drank, fished, drank, catfaced farmer full negro, drank, cooked out, drank, had a fire pit on the floating dock, drank, all without getting some of the married ones in trouble. It was supprisingly tame but with a good time being had.

And if I had it to do all over again, I'd do it the exact same way....save the full negro, maybe. It was relatively cheap, everyone stayed together and you would have had to do some work to get in trouble with the law or the women back home.

This is the one. Fishing was ok, but it was right after all that flooding took place up there during the spring. Cant remember the year. Bad flooding, but we went anyway. Caught one big Brown. Brought my little war eagle to explore, ripped the prop of, but had a good time. Laid back and relaxing though. Send the people in the link an email for more pictures.

What would the fishing be like around this time of year generally speaking? Some quick reading indicates it can be ok.

In college we used to always take a trip leaving thanksgiving day and it was great fishing. Cool, but not hot.

Brown trout spawn Oct-Dec and I think a lot of big fish are caught this time of year.

southern style bowfishing, enough said, just got back from a bachelor party trip with them and already have plans to go again. Best time I've had in my life by far!

We always stay here or in the park across the street on the little. Just move off the water when the horn goes off!
