Where to stay for a weekend in Natchez with the wife? What to do? Where to eat?

Several bed and breakfast places are nice. I'm a big fan of Monmouth. Seems there was a b and b place that was offering a turkey hunt for the guys and a spa day for the ladies at one time. Historic tours, 2 casinos.. Try Roux 61 south of town for good grub and hit Fat Mamas for magaritas. They also have some dang fine hot tamales. I'm sure others can add more but there's a start.

My wife says no the b&b . I grew south of Natchez n woodville so I have never stayed there. Was thinking about the eola. Probably eat at fat mamas. Eat there just bout every time we go to Natchez. Have never really done any tourist things there.

We stay at the Grand, right on the river. Get a river view room, top floor...

Rooms above Bowies Tavern. Have balconies over looking the river. Very nice. Call Bowies for information. Stayed there on wedding weekend.

Dunleith is a great b/b. It has a great restaurant on site with a cool bar downstairs. We ended up eating there both nights; best crab cakes ever and a great steak. Plus you don't have to drive back to your room.
I ate at Bowies about 3 months ago, wasn't impressed.

Eola wasn't too bad last time I stayed there. The Grand is nice too. Eat at the Magnolia Grill under the Hill. Pearl Street is a safe bet for some Italian food. Biscuits and Blues has a pretty good lunch.

Dunleith is awsome. After she eats that awesome breakfast you might even get lucky for bringing her there.
