Anyone in 4-H Shooting should have received this from their state 4-H Shooting rep, but this proves .22 ammo is getting hard to comeby.

Dear Youth Shooting Sports program leader:
As many of you have learned by visiting your local retailers, .22LR ammunition has become difficult to find. We continue to crank it out by the millions every day from our Federal and CCI plants, but like 4 years ago the demand is outpacing production capacity. However, with our backorder list being as extensive as it now is we have had to make the decision to suspend the youth discount direct sale program until we can service your orders in a more reasonable time.
Top Gun and Estate shotshells are more available at retailers, but we have an extensive backlog of orders for these products as well and we also are suspending the youth discount direct sale program as well.
We cannot provide an estimate of how long this program will be suspended.

I was in there yesterday and there was CCI on the shelves...Plenty by the look of them. May have been shorts. I didn't look that closely

Ah you can buy 10/22's easy enough if you want to pay double for them. The dealers are getting a few but they go as quick as they get them.

I saw one 10/22 pop up the other day. I do have some Mossberg 22lr Semi Autos coming in on Monday.. A 10 round and a 25 Round. They are hard to come by right now.

I bought 6 bricks of the Remington 525 bulk pack at Bass Pro a couple weeks ago when they got some in at the Memphis store. It's gonna take a while before all this craziness calms down and ammo availability will get back to normal. So many wacko's are buying stores out every time they get any in
