Smoke em if ya got em. It doesn't get much better than today's signing class.

Nkemdiche
Tunsil
Conner
Golson
Treadwell
K. Moore
D. Kincade

Etc

When all the dust settles today, the Rebels should have a signing class ranked in the top 10 by most, if not all, of the recruiting ranking services.

Nice job by Hugh Freeze. Lots of top quality signees and a well balanced class.

Based upon the results of this past season, and the recruiting class inked today, the Rebels are now out of the "wilderness". The next goal is to become more competitive in the SEC. Improvement from year to year will get more difficult and be less dramatic than the jump we took from 2011 to 2012. If Freeze can continue recruiting at a high level, we can get there. Today was a great start.

What a difference a year makes!! A little over a year ago, I was lower than a snake's belly in a wagon rut with respect to my Rebs. And now, hope has been restored.

Hotty Toddy. Will be burning a fire in my outdoor firepit tonight, with steaks on the grill, brown water in my glass, and enjoying a nice cigar. It's a great day to be a Rebel.

@Rosenberg_Mike Big news today from Ole Miss and the post office, two institutions that do not deliver on Saturdays.

Very classy.

That may be about to change.

There was a 17 pt difference between the national champion Tide and the Rebs early this past season on the Tide's home field. The Rebs got much better as the season progressed . I expect it might be a bit closer this coming fall. We'll just have to wait and see.

I like our chances.

I thought the whole "17 point difference against the national champs" routine was swamp rooters?
A moral victory is a moral victory.

Y'all beat Alabama about once every 2 decades so maybe you're right....but I doubt it.

Actually, the Postal Service delivers to my house on Saturdays. I guess they don't deliver to your trailer park. What do you do if your check from the State of Alabama is due in on Saturday? Payday loan?

Good day for the rebels. I think the most important differnce between this class and previous ones for the rebels was they actually filled needs and in the process also got highly ranked players. Nutt seemed to be a star chaser and did not fill needs. That really is the most important part is filling needs. Now there will be more pressure for the Rebels to continue this momentum on the field so they can build with another strong class and start getting the depth needed to compete in the SEC.

It's no secret how the Rebels got several 5* recruits with a kin folk here, and best friend there and kid down the street kind of thing. Hey we are extremely lucky this year. We are low on 4 stars but hopefully some of our 3 stars can be coached up. We need to count our blessings because this will be a year like no other we had or could have again. We have one of the smallest athletic budgets in the SEC and know our place. We are probably dreaming now, but after last 10 years , it's fun again to dream. With that being said, Can not help but congrats to CHris Jones and Bulldogs! I will enjoy watching his football career explode at Starkville and thanks for staying in state! Conner too!

Many of the higher three stars are no different than many of the four stars.

Bully - why so angry? They may deliver to your home but they most not have internet. Try to keep up with current events.
