I have been picking it up at wal mart for .38/rd including tax. That is the for the 100 per pack federals. The american eagles are running .40/rd in boxes of 20. Tulammo is about 11.50 per box of 20.

Wal mart is getting the stuff in, timing is everything.

Exactly. I don't shoot the Tulammo but the Wal-marts in Tupelo are selling it for right under $6 a box. As for any of the ammo you have to be there at the right time and you can only buy 3 boxes at a time here. There are still a lot of tool sheds out there buying it up and trying to make a 100% or better profit. You can still buy it all day long in bulk on the internet for $1 per round which is ridiculous. I bought a rifle at Grenada Gold and Gun on Saturday. They had pmags for $80 a piece and aluminum mags for $40 a piece!! And the .223 ammo was $150 for 200 rounds!! Naturally I passed on any of that.

Those weren't his inflated prices......his prices are that way on a normal basis. It only took me one trip in that store many years ago to learn
it's not for me.

that is right on the tulammo. I was wrong in my previous post. I bought 2 boxes for just under $12.00. I do not shoot the steel cases either but figured I would buy it for some who does or trade it.

outside of Mississippi Auto Arms and wal mart, everyone else has been gouging the heck out of folks.
