Headed Home!

Never in my life did I ever imagine I would be so happy to hear my wife pass gas! Been a long week, but we're finally getting to carry our little girl home. Sarah Hardin Makamson born 4-30-13, 7.9 lbs, 19.5". Baby is fat, happy, and healthy. Momma is sore and tired, but healthy.
It's been a long 3 years of trying, hoping, and wishing to get to this point. I want to thank all of my ducksouth brothers (real life friends, and internet strangers) for the prayers and support. For any wannabe daddies out there having trouble, keep trying and don't lose hope. Prayers do come true, and the Lord will provide.

Congrats brother. My little girl turns 8 months old in a few days so the joy and pride of bringing her home is a familiar thing to me. Keep her safe and happy. Good luck to you and momma.

Congrats and enjoy. My little girl that we brought home 'what seemed like yesterday' went for Kindergarten registration and testing last week.
That time went by SO fast.
