wood duck boxes keep doing their job

when i serviced my 10 boxes at my farm this year all had hatched eggs from last year. historically 7-8 will have been used. saw a hen yesterday with her brood out by the house. have had some bluewings hanging around too. got a few pics but didnt have my good lens so quality is poor.
