I am looking to do a deer hunt guided/semi guided and looking for some recommendations on quality outfitters that won't brek the bank. I would prefer to hunt one of the following states KS,MO,IA,KY or TX and would do a bow or rifle. thanks

Kansas will cost you upwards of $4500 just for the hunt. This doesn't include your license and tags and I believe its a draw in most units there so it's too late for that.
MO has some great places to go if you do your homework.
Iowa is a draw and generally it takes 3 years to get drawn there after putting in preference points for 2. I put in for my preference points a few weeks ago with the intention to hunt in 2015. That hunt will be about $4500 too but you have a chance to kill an absolute giant. CWD really wiped alot of their herd out last year. Also took a toll on Illinois.
Don't know anything about KY or Texas, but in my opinion your best best is going to be illinois. you can find a hunt in Pike or Calhoun County for around $2500 and you can buy tags over the counter there. I've been the last 3 years and it's a blast to hunt during the rut. You see some freaking giants in some weird places.
good luck, but be sure you do your homework and use google. Archerytalk would be a good place to start.

Texas is crawling with HUGE deer, but you're gonna pay for them. Iowa is one of the best bets going right now for big deer for a reasonable price, but it'll take you 3 years as stated.

Mississippi has some huge deer.
if you want to kill a pope and young buck, go to Tara Wildlife,
its close to home and they have a lot of deer and some good bucks.
my next big hunt will be with Nelson outfitting in WY

Gave Bubba the phone number of a very reputable guide contact in NW MO, $2500. Great area, 30 minutes from Iowa. They average 145-150 and shoot a 170-180 per season.

Seems Nebraska is a little more affordable than Iowa, and, right across the river. Believe Iowa used ta offer a non resident HOLIDAY doe tag for around $300. Look into Indian Tribal outfitters, MUCH less expensive and MUCH easier for the non res. I know of such a place in South Dakota. Lower Brule Indian Tribe. I can dig up the link ifn ya want it...good luck

MO is the way to go. Third year straight for. Tombstonecreek Outfitters. Talk to Paul Korn. He's the owner. Great guy! Good quality deer hunting. 15 miles from Iowa border. He's got'em. They consistently kill in 150 to 180 range. They knock down some studs man. PM me. I'll give you his contact info if you want it. PK is a good guy and great hunter. He stays booked up. Website is almost closed down for year. Tags are over the counter. 220 bucks.
There is also a lot of quality public land that I have hunted there. And it's easy access and much lower pressure than here. I can give you few spots to go.
If your looking in Illinois look at Big Neck Outfitters. Great guy. Not great accommodations but lots of quality deer. His web site sucks. But his hunting is good.
