All these pop up with 2.25% and any number you can think of, what is the truth, credit score of 787. no debt, just would like to refiance, have lots of equity in home. Where are the real rates at......................

I ain't in tupelo, but best case scenerio on a 15yr today is 3.75%. Rates have spiked up the last few weeks due to the fluctuation in the 10yr T-bill.

I'm at 3.625% today on a 15 year and can close it in Tupelo. I will guarentee you that you will not get in the 2s with anyone on a 15 year fixed rate mortgage. Those days are gone for now.
