Looks like he is likely to be ruled ineligible by the NCAA for accepting cash for autographs. I sure hope not, but it seems inevitable. What say you guys?

He needs to hire whoever Auburn hired during Camgate.
You'd think he would have a little more common sense, but apparently not.
I guess the "no one ever saw money exchanged" defense is inevitable.

He will get off...and I hope he does because I want to see what Lil' Nicky has in store for him in September. I think Saban will follow Florida and LSUs lead from last year on how you stop him. If you have athletes, you can keep him in the pocket and force him to throw into coverage. For some reason, Bama did not do this as effectively as UF and LSU last year and it cost them. I suspect that they have game-planned since the day after killing Notre Dame to stop JFF. There will be blood...

If the Rebels get away with what they pulled off last year with their recruiting class......Johnny Football has nothing to worry about.

He will be 'disciplined internally'. Think about it. You are the coach. Without him, no chance to win. So do you roll the dice and play and maybe vacate wins later or bench him and for sure lose?
Let him play!
ROLL TIDE!

I'm sure it's tough to go through the pressures of the media in which he has gone through but my God how hard is it to act right and make good decisions. I mean getting asked to leave at the Manning passing camp? C'mon man there are kids there. You are supposed to be there as a role model not as a drunk frat boy. Okay you're a college kid and like to have fun but geez...you can do that when you get home around your friends. And as far as selling your autographs...how stupid do you have to be? Not only has he hurt himself but now he's put his team in jeopardy.
It must have started with his parents or something but I know one thing...if I was in the spot light for getting asked to leave the Manning passing camp because I was hungover or whatever happended, ESPN would have a brand new story that included my dad kickin my @ss in the parkin lot out back.

As a result and as punishment, the NCAA will probably decide to suspend Bo Wallace and Tyler Russell and investigations launched against their schools.

Of course, that is how the Tide rolls.

Personally if there was a way to govern it, I think all ncaa athletes should be paid a stipend. I feel it should be 40 hours at minimum wage. They put in plenty of time for the program and at least they would have spending money and wouldn't have to get it other ways. Manziel does come from a family by all accounts is well enough off there was no need for this

He's riding around in a Mercedes-Benz. He doesn't need to be compensated for autographs.

It is my understanding that Johnny comes from a very wealthy Texas family. Thus, he should not "need" the money from selling autographs, if that in fact is what happened. It may not be true.
I am hoping that he remains eligible. He is exciting to watch and adds a lot of pizzazz to the SEC. I was looking forward to his and the Aggies return to Oxford this year. I like the challenge.

As well the schools should not make that much money selling his jerseys either. I don't care if his dad was bill gates.
