a place where our group (married couples) can hang out, have a beer, enjoy good food, and laugh a whole lot.

We know about all the regular holes........just maybe looking for a different place.

We not to rowdy. Be about 12-14 of us.........

any suggestions??

Fondren public is a new joint with a patio in Fondren off the lakeland exit off 55
Mudbugs on old fannin is a crawfish hut with an outside patio, usually live music and a good crowd.
Babalu at night is usually a good time.
There is a crawfish hut off 55 by smith wills stadium but im not fond of the guy that owns/runs it

Fondren public is by far the best bar in Jackson and the surrounding area IMHO.

Newer place out by the Rez called Shae's is pretty neat place to hang out and eat.

Don't go to Twin Peaks if you plan on staying married.

Our truck got broken into at the crawfish hut place off of 55 and Lakeland in broad daylight. I would highly recommend steering clear of that place!

I agree. Great place to sit in the open patio with these cooler evenings.

You could go down Highway 22 to Flora and catch a beer and steak at Bill's.

Damn, is that this weekend?? I guess I've had my head in the sand for the last month and totally missed it. I've been training for the Spartan race in November and was gonna run this as a trainer. Chit!!!

That place is good, along with the blue rooster next door.

The blue rooster flamethrower burger is one of the best I've ever had IMO. And that's sayin a lot.

I just moved down here and my boss gave me a gift card there and few other places. Still haven't found it yet, asked some lady in the bar about it and she said it "was my kinda place".....I'm assuming its a black tie event...
