Gotta take a client out tomorrow night in Starkville. Where's a good place to go? Haven't fine dined in Starkville in a minute.

Restaurant Tyler (downtown across the street from the courthouse) is the nicer place in town...about the only "fine" dining we really have. Then there's The Veranda, Harvey's, and Central Station Grill.

Donia, I am disappointed in you for not recommending Petty's BBQ on hwy 12. There is no finer dining place in Starkville.

....never mentioned "open-air" fine dining, or petty's would'a been sportin' first honor! ha
his frogleg sauce is dyno-mite!

petty was a pioneer in "sunday sales" when he was still out at clayton village! ...still same bbq now as it was then, too.
petty has better flavored meat & meatier ribs, dooey has better sauce.
