I think they are going to come out of the loser's bracket and win the whole deal...seriously. I think they found there missing link in DHing Will Allen - allowing his bat to be useful in every at bat.

Don't think they'll stick with that, unless Allen arm continues to hurt...Preston Overbey playing like a senior in postseason has been huge....but I'm seriously concerned they don't have the arms to beat UVA twice...they'll have to win at least one of the two on offense that overcomes pitching depth I would think...

I will say, Rebels having the flexibility of Woodman, Jamison, Bortles, and Perdzock rotating in and out of 1 to 2 spots in the lineup is really nice and has worked great...

I'm a rebel ever day but last year I was pulling for the Dawgs. I think it's silly not to pull for a in state team when the rivals not being played. I would have be happy for State if they managed to bring a National Title with them back to Mississippi. I hope we can beat Virginia. But it will take some good baseball. We didn't exactly play poor in the first game with them.

True, diehard fans NEVER pull for their rival ... ever. I see the State/Ole Miss rivalry just like Alabama/Auburn, Michigan/Ohio State. You will never see me pull or root for Ole Miss. It'll be a cold day in hell before that happens.

I hate the Bears! I started telling my Bear friends about mid season that the Bears have the mojo and that they were going to the CWS.......I am afraid they are going to win the whole thing......everything is working for them. Just 1 example........the ballpark they are playing in......TT hit 2 balls that would have been out of any other park......TCU his a ball that would have been a grand slam anywhere else.....Virginia hit a ball last night that would have been a 3 run HR anywhere else......but, they aren't playing "anywhere else" so they keep finding ways to win. Bears will win it all and that really sucks!
