Great customer service

I want to give kudos to a company that went above and beyond my expectations. My usual experience is talking with someone on the other side of the word sitting in a massive call center in India. The company, Blackhawk Knoxx, makes tactical and outdoor gear. I have one of their stocks that fit a Mossberg shotgun. I don't own that shotgun anymore and want to put the stock on my Remington. I emailed the company and asked if there was an adapter that would make it fit a Remington. I got a reply in 30 minutes asking for my shipping address and they would ship the new adapter that day. He never mentioned anything about cost so I emailed back asking how much and how to pay. I asked in the first email how much and where I needed to send the payment and fully expected to pay shipping fees and cost of the adapter. I got an email back in 15 minutes saying don't worry about it. WOW!!!! That never happens in this world today. I read more about the company and it was started by a Navy Seal who had a pack fail on him while navigating a mine field in 1990. I can only imagine how that would ruin his day. He vowed to start making products that work and the company was started when he got out of the service.
