how fast will they cook a roast ?
is a regular pressure cooker better ?

Roast is my next project. I fed 8 folks last night with my Jr. I love it.

I won one in a raffle and have yet to use it...shoot me some details on what ya have cooked in it Rob...did you cook inside or on the grill

I've only cooked on top of my stove. I've used the first recipe in the book. Corn, potatoes, onions, carrots, celery, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, and chicken or sausage. I use Tony's on it. 30 minutes and it's done.
There is a recipe for dove or quail breasts in there. Gonna try that soon.
