For inside? I just got a 14 month old labradoodle and the girl give me a wire crate that is just way too small for this big boy! His feet hang out the front of it when he lays down and he can't really stand all the way up in it.

For just an in-house crate, I like the Kong travel carrier's at Petsmart. Definitely prefer a plastic kennel type to a wire crate; the dog's feel more secure. It's like their "cave".

Don't be hatin' on a man's dog, no matter how 'fru-fru' it is. My neighbor had one of them thangs once, and it was the one meanest son of a b***h on four paws. It tried to bite through a chain-link fence to get to Jack. I thought the owner was gonna kill his dog for sure. (H311, I was about to my own self.)

Anyway, back on topic. Get yourself the same kind of plastic, Wallyworld kennel you'd put in the back of the truck. That way you only need one, and he'll more easily accept it as his. It also makes things a lot easier when taking Tinkerbell to the duck blind.
