Heard something about Bo running to the locker room before game was over but I am sure Ole Miss fans will have an excuse for that. Lack of offense finally caught up with them. No reason they should have lost with the way LSU was turning the ball over.

I think it was in his best interest to leave the field. LSU fans were going to be on the field, and with the way he had been talking trash to the fans from the sidelines, it might not have been a good situation.

Freeze said that he gave BW two options either throw it in the flat to a quick out or throw it out of bounds.... Not saying the FG kicker would have made it but not sure what he was thinking throwing it deep into double coverage.

I think it was pretty classless to leave the game before it was over... That's just my opinion. Players have no business talking trash to fans in the first place. If he had kept his focus on the field it a might have turned out differently but I doubt it.

State dodged a bullet tonight. Wasn't pretty but a win. They gave up 500 yds offense!!!! They can't do that against bama. Sec west fixing to get mucked up!!!!!! TON of pressure on state now and that bama game will be HUGE as will egg bowl. Survive and advance!!!!!! Guess Bo won't be in heisman talk anymore. If state goes undefeated going into egg bowl and loses to ole miss the whole season is a wash!!!!!

That depends... It's a whole lot of plot left to be decided. If OM loses to AU and then State beats Bama then they lock in the West even before the Egg Bowl. That's a lot of things to fall into place, but not unreasonable. State needs to cheer for AU the rest of the year. They also need to steer their focus towards Arky now. KY was too close all game for me, I hate off weeks. Seems like they don't play as crisp the next week most of the time, especially with two weeks of the media sitting around talking about how good they are.

Eh...still covered the spread on the road after a two week layoff. I'm just glad to escape with a win. More worried about the health of the team. I believe MSU may lose to Bama on the road, but I also believe Umiss loses again before the Egg Bowl.

Bama has to get past LSU first and they are starting to pile up injuries to key players.

It's the defense that worries me. Secondary was awful and so was the front. Allowing 500 yds??? That qb is really good but that same team was killed the week before. Thank god they didn't have a bunch of turnovers or that could have easily been a loss. Alabama is coming on strong but they are losing some players. Auburn should beat the Rebs but bama is gonna be the game of the year so far. College game day in bama doesn't bode well for dawgs bu they have survived away from home so far.

All the hype on Rebs defense but the tigers defense looked Like the top defense last night. With auburn gaining almost 400 yds rushing yesterday could be a nightmare for Rebs.

Really doesn't matter what BAMA does at LSU as far as State is concerned. Y'all just gotta go to Tuscaloosa and beat em regardless. I'll be there to watch the game for sure.

Yea I think the trip to Tuscaloosa will be toughest test to date for State. Bama is playing at a high level right now, State is streaky, consistently playing to the level of their competition, however I don't think KY is that bad of a team and may be on their way up.... Atleast maybe to the middle of the pack in the East and not dead last as they historically have been.

State has been dominant all year in their big games and struggled at times in the ones they were supposed to win easily. Let's hope they stay focused on the tasks at hand in the next two games before having to head east. Arky is playing with confidence right now and should not be overlooked.

No excuses to make, Tiggers whipped Rebs on both sides of the line. Our red zone defense was good but they got in Bo's head and we still can't run the ball. Fournette is gonna be a beast.
