try Katie Becker--Move The Dog. You will find her on Facebook and the web. She drives (hunting/trial) dogs all over the country. I have been very happy with her, and she puts all the dogs in her motel room with her if she has to overnight along the way. Cheaper to find someone headed that way, but this is a good alternative.
