No talk of this huge game on the forum???????????? Going to be a knock-down-drag-out I believe. LSU has a chance here and the playoff picture is certain to take more shape everytime one of these big SEC matchups take place...LSU vs BAMA, AU vs Georgia, MSU vs Bama, Iron Bowl, Egg Bowl.

RTR.....I figure AL will do their normal 'away' game show and it will be a close one.

Have no idea on this one. I think this "new" LSU team can keep it close at home, but with no passing game to keep Saban honest, I cannot see how LSU wins this game.

Bama typically has no trouble with young, first year QBs. That's a plus.
Hopefully Sims has calmed down some and can handle the away atmosphere.
I would be surprised if this one is not close.

I say close being 10 or less and a coin toss to who walks away with it.

Reason? Doesn't it hurt Ole Miss for Bama to win?

I am pulling for LSU......if they beat Bama, then that puts the Bulldogs in the drivers seat and the SEC office / officials will then protect the Bulldogs all the way to the Final Four

This is one of those games that you throw returning out the window as far as records and stats. This is going to be the typical LSU/Bama smash mouth, hard hitting, physical game it usually is. Bama wins because Saban is more familiar with the forward pass than Miles. Now if miles let's Cam open up the play book it will be more interesting.

The Bulldogs are already in the drivers seat, regardless of the outcome of this game. Sounds to me like you're a bit worried about beating BAMA in Tuscaloosa and want a security blanket, just in case. If State handles their business from here on out, no one can touch em. However, that's much easier said than done with the pressure mounting and BAMA and Ole Miss on the road.
BAMA needs to win the turn over game and keep LSU's offense off the field. I hope BAMA can establish the run game with a vengeance and keep em honest with the pass. I see BAMA winning a slug fest in a tight one. ROLL TIDE!!!
