Fried Turkeys for Thanksgiving

We are cooking them again this year. Breasts are between 7-9 pounds ($40) and whole birds are 12-14 pounds ($50). Part of the proceeds will be donated to a charity. More than likely The Stewpot or Wounded Warrior Project. We took 6 hunting last year. Any other ideas as far as the charity will be considered. We will be cooking on Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving, in Ridgeland. They re-heat very well.
