Bird ID

Need a little guidance here, do I have an older greenhead with low testosterone or a young greenhead that hasn't found his way yet? Pretty strange stuff.

Haha seriously I would think the size of the duck might be a little bit of an indicator but not sure

Its just a young drake mallard that does not have full plumage yet
