Best new camera

Gonna get the wife a new camera for Christmas. What's the best new camera out now? Gotta be compatible with all her canon lenses, although I am sure all of the slr's do now days. I don't know too much about them so what do yall think?

What's she been using?
The EF-S lenses won't work on the full sized bodies. don't know if she has any of those or not.

As far as Rebels, the T5I is the best out right now. But if she already has some lens, then the 7D body only is only about $100 more than the T5I kit. 7D is alot more camera too.

Right now she's using a rebel ti I think.
