Society has reached a new all time low!! I saw a sticker, on the back glass of a young girls vehicle that said "PROUD OILFIELD GIRLFRIEND"


Has it gotten that bad?

i saw a shirt at the little league ball fields last night that said "pipeline honey spending pipeline money"

interesting, instead of spending it they may want to consider saving that pipeline money... based on current oil situation and all

And we're supposed to feel bad when the market aligns and oil is back to what it should be....

If I flaunted the spoils of my profession like the oil field hands do, I have a feeling I wouldnt be in business very long.

On another note, I was on Fortification skreet the other day and saw a sticker that said "back off my attorney is Richard Schwartz"...Thats as low as Jerry Lake having a my partener died jewlery sale.

Them folks act like the world revolves around the oil industry....

Man I been laughing at all the stickers (and T-shirts) I have been seeing lately. I just asked my wife if she wanted a sticker like that for her car the other day very sarcasticlly. The trend has been growing like crazy lately. It's not just oilfield, I have been seeing alot of different ones lately from oilfield, pipeline, and the most recent I Love my Logger.

There are a few I know that sure are happy when it's time for that 14 days to come!!! And I mean the time they have to go work!!!!!

It will be amusing to listen to them talk about the injustices this summer when a lot of them are laid off and news reports come in of the CEO's bonus packages.

Old news... Bob Dudley is making more this year than he has to date. Shareholders aren't going to cut themselves out of the profits when they can just trim the fat.

Don't really see the amusement in that though. More people that normally contribute to our society now looking for jobs. Kind of not funny...
