I got a buddy looking for a M1 Garade for his father for fathers day. Anyone know where i can get one at a decent Price??

I have one but wouldn't part with it for any amount of money as it was granddad's. We hunted with it a lot when I was growing up. It's fun to shoot and hear the "PING" when that clip flies. Hope you find him one.

Call Tim Woolverton at Downrange sporting goods. He can probably find one. Tim is from Pelahatchie. Tell him I sent you.
Edit, just called him. He has one, says its nice and wood is in good shape. $1250

10 or 15 years ago, the best of the standard Garands were no more than $500ish. Supply has gotten much more scarce. Some of those CMP sniper models are $3K. $1250 isn't that bad if it is clean.
