Any of you that drive one of these, what are your pros and cons? Would you recommend one to a friend?

Drove '03 1500 for ten years. Drove '06 2500 for 2 years. Dashboards cracking is the biggest complaint for '02-'04. Think dodge fixed the problem after that. Dodge front ends typically need upgrading as well after 100,000 miles. Have that looked over. If it's a 2500, have the fuel injectors inspected. Otherwise, very powerful trucks and dependable trucks. I currently drive an '11 2500

Yea, the one I found is an '05 with just over 100k. Looks very clean, but I will take a closer look at the front when I go look at it. Anything particular in the front that is a problem child? Thanks

I have a 2006 Mega Cab and i like it as a truck, but the Dodge "Death Wobble" is very real and always seems to be a problem. I have replaced everything under my front end and still get it if I catch a bridge expansion joint wrong or the right series of bumps. It is pathetic that Dodge did not fix this problem as wide spread as it was.

No. I've got the white Caddy with the horns on the front. I just use it when I go to town once a month...

I have an 2004, 2500 (gas burner) with over 200K miles. I have had the front end worked on but other than that just minor stuff. I have swamped over to Rotella oil cause she started using some. But I still drive the wheels off this truck. Dash board is cracking. But I wouldnt sale mine today.
