Crappie around Vicksburg?

I had a friend that had a little luck in eagle lake this past saturday but I dont know what he was fishing with.

MM check the oxbow lakes in the area. They are tearing them up on the oxbows around here.

we are about 3 miles from eagle and they are statring to bite in our oxbows...caught several this past week,,, but only on the warm days
