Darren Haydel out of Cocodrie LA is a hell of a captain as well as is his partner, Billy.

They do alot of inshore as well as offshore. From what I hear they have been hammering the tuna.

These guys come up and deer hunt and they are great guys. They are probably pretty booked up but you might give them a try.

Depends on what ya want ta catch...Destin and Fort Walton are great for offshore fishing. Right now I believe the Cobia are running...Bottom fishing for grouper and snapper out of Destin can be AWSOME. Sorry, I dont have any really good leads there. I did a head boat out of Destin one time, and, did " good" on the snapper and groupers. My buddy did a coastal fish for Cobia and caught 2 dandys. For Tuna...head to Venice,LA.... Maybe they got a fishin forum down there  Good luck!

I won trip with Nash at last Delta Waterfowl event. One word: Awesome! It rained like hell and we caught more 3-5 pounders than I ever have! WQe were breaking off bull reds so's not to have to fool with them! Taking my two young sons this summer!

I would have to recommend Troy and Larry Robichaux out of Golden Meadow. They offer some of the best fishing for specs and reds. Two extremely nice guys.

"Top Gun" out of Destin. Best out of the entire fleet... but be warned, the first mate is REAl cranky until noon.

Give this guy a call. He catches fish when other folks can't get a bite. I believe he gets $1200 a day for six people to fish.

Great boat out of Destin Captain Tommy Browning on The Finest Kind.

Have used a guy down the coast a bit at Orange Beach, Alabama for years who is as good as they come and a great guy. I go home with a freezer full of snapper and grouper every time. Never had a bad day with Wynne. Boat name is Hey Boy II and Wynne is the captain (can't recall his last name, have always known him by his first name. (334) 981-5319

The fishing out of Orange Beach beats Destin hands down and its not nearly as crowded. I've fished both areas since the 70's and never go to Destin anymore.

If you talk to Wynne, tell him you were referred by the Yazoo City bunch (Walter, Bud, Bobby, Betty, and Nick) Probably cost you double then, though!

Makin me want to go right now!
