now moving on let me say that our program (the bullpups).... well we have fallen.. i seriously think that we are the 4th best program in the state of miss.. um, usm and even delta state are all better that msu now..

Where oh where is our baseball program headed. I love Polk and was so glad when he decided to call Starkville home once again, but now I am wondering. Have we already had the "glory days" of MSU baseball. Will we be talking about such days like UM fans talk about their football heydays? Hopefully someone can shed some light into a dark tunnel.

good'un go24 i haven't thought of it that way but your comparison is valid....

for real we'll never win the world series.. in 1985 we has a team that had 4 future major league all stars on it and still could do no better than third.. i don't think there has been a college team with the type players like we had in 85

I hate to say it but MSU has football to look foward to. With no basketball team left. Baseball has left from the glory days of the mid 80's. So what is left football. Must be great to be a state fan.

Dont get me wrong now. Ole miss never has a good basketball team. Since Bianco has been there we always flop in baseball. And all we have to look foward to is football also
