Since I am a MSU fan I will make no comment on the guys hat. Whats up with the ducks in the back. I think Chopper and this guy roommates at state!

That looks to be GH22 when he was at State, before the weight gain and haircut. The boat was a protocol of the upright stealth sneaker boat that Cabelas bought the rights on but never put into production.

Looks like a hillbilly SOB I saw couple years back down round Rodney, MS. Ol' Wirey headed mufka. Looks like a good way to get the wet booty to me.
