Still proud to be a Rebel tonight. They fought hard against a great baseball team and came up a little short. We will get there to try again.
Oxford is the new home of the best baseball program in Mississippi.
Plans are underway to expand the stadium, renew the contract of the best baseball coach in the SEC, and continue the quest for a national title. Finishing in the top 16 was not bad. Looking forward to next season.

One good year by Ole Miss does not nowhere near make them the best baseball program in MS, just gotta let that be known.

Rebs have been the best baseball team and program in Mississippi the last two seasons. That is a fact. The records speak for themselves. Rebs appear to me to be in the driver's seat now. Face it, MSU is now the Rebs biiiaaattch.
It is just a short matter of time before the Rebs bust through the door to the CWS in the modern era ('72 was the last of 5 previous trips). Now that hosting regionals is becoming a regular thing, and the barrier of winning a regional has been broken, the next step is winning a super regional and getting to the CWS. Bianco will get us there. And if we keep getting to regional and super regionals, we will win our share. The program keeps upgrading with talent every year --players talented enough to be drafted high and be gone by the end of their junior years. Many of them will play and star as freshmen. So, we will just reload. There is a new sheriff in town ----and he lives in Oxford, MS.

I think Delta State was the best baseball program in MS last year, and arguably this year.....
