Last 5 years against Ole Piss 3-2
Last 10 years against Ole Piss 8-2

Alabama SEC West Champions: 1996, 1999, 2002
Champs in 99 under Dubose! HA!
Whatcha got?
If you clowns are going to count a half a WC championship 2 years ago, I'm definitley counting 2002 since we dominated everyone in the West. We won it, but our lovely sanctions didnt allow us to contend for it!

Nice selective statistics! You are really on top of your game to point out the worst 5-10 years in Bama history, but yet we still have more to show than our pretenders to the West.
Congrats! No one (including myself) is denying a downslide in this period.

I guess since Ole Piss has been to more bowl games in the past 5 years it has more to do with Eli Manning vs. probation and 4 coaching changes. Guess what? Eli is gone and the effects from sanctions only hover over for a couple more years.

What exactly does this have to do with Bear Bryant? Once again...it doesn't. You want to compare since the day he retired?

Gene Stallings = 70 wins in 7 seasons in the 90's. Where was Bear?

How many times do I have to remind you:
You are an OLE MISS fan!
Image

Anything else, or could you just start another thread in which you attempt to point out difficulties or another program, but stumble when realizing that your own is still far behind and will never really amount to much?

BTW, who won last year? Cuz I witnessed the typical Ole Piss beating I have seen so many, many times.

I've already offered to wager you. You backed out. And this is all you got? HA!

It's really not that big of a deal. You're just another inferior Ole Piss fan thats never really enjoyed much success. I dont take it personally. DOnt worry, you've still got the Grove!

Please let me know when you guys make it to Atlanta. Do you sleep better at night knowing you share the same fortune as Kentucky and Vanderbilt as the only other teams not to make it there?

Nah, we wouldn't get much sleep if football kept us up at night. But we do sleep better knowing we're not from Alabama. 8)

I'm not the one that constantly comes on this board, full of arrogance and condescention, bragging about all the football accomplishments of my favorite school, and putting down the other schools as inherently inferior. That honor and disctinction would belong to you, weedmaster.

Just pointing out the facts. You can spin it how you want.

I fully admit that my Rebs have been mired in mediocrity for about 30 years. But, at the same time, I have hope that, in my lifetime, I will see a resurgence in the UM football program. I believe that Rebel fans are witnessing the early stages of that resurgence over the last 5 years or so. Some may disagree ---who cares? Its my opinion and I'm entitled to it, however delusional one wants to think I am.

So, I will continue to discuss SEC football, UM football, and MSU football with my compadres on this board. If you would like to join in the discussion, I would enjoy hearing your opinions backed by a little substance. But, if all you are going to do is name call ( Ole Piss, M$U, etc.)and suggest for the umpteenth time that UM and MSU fans are somehow unworthy of even discussing football since our schools programs are not as successful as the almighty Tide HAS BEEN, then please spare us. I think we've got it. And I may continue to point out a few facts every now and then that defy such arrogance.

Its just football man. Its not a matter of life and death, like hunting. I'm still on my 12 step recovery plan to ween myself off ---- I'm on about step 7 now. In 5 more years, I should be fully cured and able to miss attending a big SEC home game in favor of doing a little trout fishing, bow hunting, or duck scouting. :D

Can you find a thread I started where I do this? When challenged or as the kids say these days "called out," I simply bring these up as a reminder....not as arrogance.

Besides, you have no accomplishments. I wouldnt expect you to.

Just pointing out the facts.

And I provide facts as well.

Its my opinion and I'm entitled to it, however delusional one wants to think I am.

Likewise. I admit that Alabama was guilty of certain things and we are going through a rough period. Never denied that. And I certainly call it like I see it. Hell, I picked Auburn to win the West.

But, if all you are going to do is name call ( Ole Piss, M$U, etc.)

Please tell me you see the difference between mocking a school and insulting someone personally.

and suggest for the umpteenth time that UM and MSU fans are somehow unworthy of even discussing football since our schools programs are not as successful as the almighty Tide HAS BEEN, then please spare us.

This coming from a group of people who constantly bring up Bear Bryant in EVERY thread! Spare me.

I applaud your efforts of bringing up in-depth football discussion. Please continue...

Maybe one day those ole' Tigers will do well consistently. I would not mind going to go watch a few GOOD games close to home! Go Vols, unless they are playing BAMA!
