if the guy who stole the tractor is already a member ...then.. i don't see how there can be a hazing charge... hazing involves members belittling pledges.. members can't haze other members....
was this guy a member or a pledge...
i see dr eddie keith is still in charge of greek like... he was a pike as well..
the pikes have a whole filing cabinet full of outlandish offenses... gald to say i contribuited to some wrongdoings myself...
one more thing... don't you wish it was still the day when the police would tell you to take your drunk booty home and don't come back out....
well.... maybe thats not such a good idea

He's a junior so hazing isn't the issue here....issue here involved alcohol and a bet more than likely.

you can still be a junior and be a pledge... maybe he came from a junior college.. or whatever... anyway.. i'm sure he'll learn a lot form this incident... prolly learn how to handle his alkiehol better.. sure hope this kid doesn't have a felony conviction on his record..

They'll probably also charge him for underage drinking and possibly mip.
At first I thought this might have been a rushee/pledge deal, but not when he's listed as a member and staying in the house I believe.

The guy that got his tractor stolen was Richard Hewlett. When he was in school he "borrowed" an airplane one night and flew around the golden triangle just to look around. Not a clear night and no lights. He ain't pressing charges !

I thought hazing in Starkville involved goats, cows, lubricants, and ropes.

rich's has a sister .. i think her name is mimi.. mimi dated a guy that was a pledge brother of mine..
anyway this was some sho nuff hazing that took place one night.. mimi's boyfriend (my pledge brother) had given her some type of jewerly.. some kind of promise ring jewelry crap.. i think its referred to as "dropping" yes he "dropped" her.
a bunch of the guys grabbed ol boy tapped him up so he couldn't move.. stripped him down and dropped him off right in front of the phi-mu house.. of course they left him in the courtyard area for all to see.. just so happend that their chapter meeting was taking place..
all the ol gals started squelling and screaming and covering their eyes.. then they'd uncover to take another quick look... it got'em in an up-roar for sure
that was just wrong...

I remember when the Pikes would piss the KA's off to where they'd break out the old cannon and knock out many a window with pennies.........priceless.
But the Pikes needed the living upgrades anyway.
