If you have not heard yet Joe Merrell Died last night of a Heart attack or blood clot? Not sure of any other details. I know some of you North MS boys knew Joe From Olympic fitness..... RIP Joe!

Heard that this morning. Hadn't heard what was the cause though. I assume you know more than I do, knowing it was a clot or a heart attack.

I always figured he would go out early...but never from something like this. Was the knee problems and surgeries catalysts?
