there are several refuges around the area. all are very crowded. all offer pretty good hunting if you're willing to fight the crowd and get there early, i mean EARLY.
call yazoo national wildlife refuge in hollandale for info, you have to purchase a permit..

lake george wma...you have to know where to go. i would recommend one of the others..

I am planning my first out of state duck hunt. I am planning to go around Yazoo City.
I am going Dec. 10-14. If you have any tips or advice I would appeciate it. Also if you have any recommendations on the wma's or refuge which are good and which are not I would most grateful. Thank You
