Well the wife was out of town so I had to improvise with dinner. Any way here it is. My only regret is that I only cooked 1 duck..

Smoked Wood Duck.
Inject Whole Duck with Dale's.
Stuff Inside of Duck with Butter.
Sprinkle Duck with Poultry Seasoning.
Place on foil pan.
Cook over Mesquite wood for 1 hour

Yea but you forgot to tell them who shot that duck!

This one was a confirmed Winkler kill...No BBs in the breast, all head shots for me...
