MRI found a lesion on her brain. She has been on some medicine that is to counter the effects. It is thought that one of her chemo meds has caused the problem. If so this new med should reverse the damage. But tommorrow they will do a spinal tap to check if it is cancer that has spread. They don't think this for she has been clear in the spinal fluid since August. But it is unkown at this time because they have never seen anything like what has happened to her. She has become the subject of a conference here at St. Jude.
Please pray that it is the medicine induced problem. My wife and have been asked to really push Maddie today to induce a seizure tonight to see if the new med is working.
Thank you for the prays and encouragement. This has been my venting space the last few scary days.
Plus if you want to share a good hunting story pm me. No places are anything just looking for something interesting to read to ease my time.

Glad they found a root cause (lesion), and I hope they can correct the problem by adjusting meds.
You are smart to vent somewhere. I can not imagine what you've been going through, but rest asured there are folks here praying for you...so long as you keep venting you won't be going alone.

Please know that even strangers are praying for your daughter and the rest of your family. Have faith in your belief's and the knowledge of your daughter's doctors.

a good huntin short story may get your mind off problems for a short period, but we know what you are thinking every moment...take care, pray to God, and trust that the Lord will be with Maddie and you and family...and not forget Mom whom i'm sure is more then anxious for good news....{seems girls and mom have a special bond}prayers are coming your way from all....

Man I can I only say that I think I can imagine what yall are going thru but I am quite sure I really dont have a clue.
Just keep the faith and we'll keep praying and GOD will get her thru.

Trent,
I can't imagine being in your situation. God will not give you more than you can handle, even though it seems like He is. Be strong for Maddie and your wife. My family will be praying for your family.
