I have a 4 year old HRCH bitch that has some health problems. Unfortunatley, I don't know what those health problems are or I would fix it. She is loosing hair, she has a yeast infection on her skin, she smells, she is gaunt and I can't put on any weight on her. I have stuggled with this for a year now and I can't make any headway. I don't have the financial resources to spend a lot of money on her at the vet. I have taken her to 2 vets with no results. I'm told it could be allergies, thyroid, etc....

I would like to sell her cheap to someone who has the resources to let a good vet treat her and find out what is wrong with her. I would like for her to continue to compete in masters (no passes yet) and UKC finished test, maybe a grand. She has 120 UKC points and has a ton of desire. It breaks my heart to leave her in the kennel and deny her of the priviledge of doing what she was born to do.

I would like to get $750 for her. She has not been OFA'd or CERF'd. Sire: HRCH Double T's Take Em (GRHRCH Daphne's Chocolate Thunder MH QAA x Vinwood Sneakers) Dam: Duck dog bitch, 4th generation Honcho and Super Power.

I would rather see you get some help fundraising. I'll send you what I can to help. Others might too. Have you heard of any other diagnosis that it might be ? What is needed to treat her? Do you need to see another vet?

Troy, thank you for your kind and generous offer to help. I appreciate your willingness to help me out. Although financial help is ultimately what I need for vet bills, I have never taken money for charitable purposes. I would have to decline.

No vet has given me a diagnosis, only possible reasons for her health problems. I've tried thyroid medicine, shampoo, vitamins, wormers, etc.... and nothing has worked. If I just knew what was wrong with her I would be treating her. The dilema is finding out what is wrong with her.

Do you have a university nearby that has a vet school? They may be willing to help for experience for the students. Just thinking aloud. Hope you find a solution.

They will help you there... This is an answer, all doctor's do not hold the answers, and neither do all vets. If you need help, let other's, know. The best probable outcome is you keeping and working a healthy dog.

My family has taken at least four dogs with serious life threatening problems to the university with great success, and with modest bills for the help received there. good luck.
