When is the Great Outdoors Festival in Memphis?

I haven't seen much on this and don't know if I would even go but I was just wondering if they were having the festival in Memphis. If I remember right, it is usually this time of year.

There's the Mid-South Hunting/Fishing Extravaganza this weekend Aug. 11, 12, and 13 at the Agri-Center Intl.

GOF is now in Oshkosh WI. Will be the last weekend of Aug. this year.
