Who will win and why?

I think LSU will win a close game. I base this on the LSU defense. I think they will frustrate Leak and company.

The keys to the game will be the play of Jamarcus Russell, LSUs ability to run (or lack thereof) and the ability of LSU to stop the running game of Florida.

LSU 21 Florida 17.

LSU will win, too much speed and talent on the defense. The spread option will just not work against good sec defenses, LSU has a better defense than bama and bam pretty much kept UF in check except for one drive.

I think LSU wins. Gonna be tough, if we can get 75yds out of one running back then we win going away, but 75 yds is kinda like 300 right now.

I want to say LSU, but ........ the last time I picked LSU on the road, they lost to Auburn in a defensive slug fest. between two great defenses and between LSU and the refs.

I see the FL game as one in which each team at least scores double digit points. And while I think LSU has the most talent and should win the game, for the good of the LSU fans, I am going to pick Florida. (Just doing you guys a favor  ).

Grommet, barring a rain deluge this Saturday, I will be tailgating in the grassy area to the north of the left field area of the baseball stadium. Come by and have a brew and some grub. Not sure what I will be cooking yet, but it will be good ---probably going with BBQ ribs and chicken wings, and bratwurst. Should be a good game and a great day to be on campus.

I see it this way, If LSU only scores 10 pts. in a win or lost against the Gators, they have serious problems. 3 against Auburn was one thing, but with an average of 48 points against everybody else they have played 10 against the Gators is not acceptable.

With that said, I see LSU winning 27-17. JMO.

Well, I was right, 10 pts or less. This team is not the upper caliber SEC team we thought they would be.

IMO, It will get worse as well under Miles.
