Really old Band?

What happened to the band that was recovered that was supposed to be 20 or so years old. Someone posted it here last season?

Don't know about that one, but my son killed one when he was 13 that was over 10 years old. It was banded near Red Bud, Il. on 1/15/81 and he made a great shot on it leaving out the north end of our spread on 12/31/90. It hatched in 1980 or earlier. I had the greenhead mounted for him and the taxidermist said the duck was bigger than any of his forms.
