man, i'm a bit embarrassed to even post this, but i'm in a tight spot.....last year, my old man bottom that i converted to a dog stand was stolen outta my truck on the last day of season.....
b/c of that, i just never thought about it again, but i need one monday morning........
anyone know of anywhere in the jackson area (heck, i'll consider driving to grenada or hattiesburg for it) carrying dog stands in stock????
bass pro ain't got em (wasn't surprised a bit), and the other various places vann's/outfitters/mean mallard i'm giving a call to today, but i think they may be closed and a long shot at best to have something like this........just trying to cut my losses quick.
anyone know of a place that's got em???
thanks, gator

You can use the bottom of my 'ol man if you can't find one to buy today. I use it as a dog stand all the time. You can pick it up today if need be. I don't need it back until the weekend of Dec 16th. Let me know if you want it.

My dad gave me a Millenium strap on seat. Straps on a tree if so you can hunt off of the ground. I use this as a dog stand. It works good. It straps on easy and is very light to carry.

We have been using Ole Man climber bottems for years. My wife gave me a Avery "double duty" stand for Anniv., and it is still in the box.

I priced a Sportstand last week, $180 and that was with the discount.
I've decided to use the bottom from my ole' man and not get an Avery stand, doesn't look like it would work where I'm wanting it to.

Gator, my bro-n-law had an Ol' Man that he left up in the off-season and a tree from Katrina fell on it. It bent the top part pretty good, but I don't think the bottom was hurt at all. I'll see if if he wants to part with it.

UHHHMMMM, what do you need a dog stand fer anyhow?
FWIW, I saw the Millenium strap on seats in the co-op and the very idea that it would be an awesome dog stand crossed my mind.
