It is funny you mentioned them I bought a car from them about two weeks ago and have just know gotten the correct paper work. The first car I bought they had to clean it up and when I went to pick it up they had sold it again to someone else. So I bought a second car from them having them over a barrel I got a nicer model with extra options for the same $$$$$. When I tried to register it The numbers on the paper work did not match, seems they sold me the one off the showroom floor at least on paper any way. So I sat on the paper work and pretty much mad them beg me to get it corrected.. All in all I got some free oil changes out of and a 24,000.00 car for 18,800.00

But I will never do business with them again. They seem like abunch of incompetent idiots who have a huge communication problem.

I bought my truck from them and the first time I had a flat I realized that I did not have the key for my spare tire. I was in college at the time so I was not up that way much and every time I went up there they gave me the run around about claiming they had ordered it and then when I would go back they never had sending me from my salesman to the service department then back to other people. Finally whent in one day and went to a sales manager and raised hell in front of customers and finally got it taken care of.

i called brian last week and told him i felt like they were scamming me. he hasn't called back yet.
i signed the paperwork on the truck and was called back the next weekend to re-do them at a higher interest rate. sign the papers or walk back to clarksdale with my wife and 3 yr. old. when i went to re-finance at my bank they said my credit had been run 4 times by them in 4 days and it dropped my score 60 points, needless to say i'm stuck at 17% until i make about 6 payments.
they called today to ask about the truck and i asked about my key. he'll call back tomorrow with some answers hopefully.
hope they don't resell my truck Nash and i get arrested for stealing.

by the way have any of you who have had bad experiences with them ever thought about contacting the better buisness people

rate

yes people checking your credit lowers your score and most car dealers like big town will spot you the car on the rate they think they can get you but when it is all said and done they get you bought and they recontract you at a higher rate. that is why most people get frustrated at slow local dealer (small town) and go big city style and get the rod run in them and you will not lower your intrest rate in 6 payments or ever get a lower car note til that one is paid for. i know since i am sales manager at a local dealer!

Had an "experience" with them several years ago and I made a pledge then to never do business with them again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know if the people I dealt with are still working there and frankly do not care...the damage has been done...I will still NEVER buy from them again.

Nash...wish I would have known.........hopefully the rest will have better luck...........................

Funny...this thread has a resonating theme about it!

I had to call the BBB on Bellsouth about a year ago. After 15-20 calls to Bellsouth to fix a phone line that buzzed everytime the dew was heavy, I called the BBB. Bellsouth called me the next day and said "I guess we're just gonna have to repair that line." I said, "Duh!"

BBB worked for me because I haven't had a phone problem since.
