taking call apart

I got a Echo Timber that I cannot take apart. The insert will not come out of the barrel. I'm trying to change the cork and reed. Any tips on what to do? Or do I need to send this call to echo.

Put some PB Blaster on it and blow real hard

Sometimes it doesn't though. I have seen the insert break in half after the freezer treatment.

OK...lemme get this right......
Put it in the freezer
Then put it to your lips and blow it real hard?
Sounds like that oughta do it, for sure!
