Know what pisses me off?
When you join a club because your long time hunting partners join it and if your going to continue to hunt with them you must join too. Even if you don't really care to hunt open fields you still help them build the blinds and you go up there four weekends out of two months and when you decide to stay home and work on your own equipment the weekend before the season starts you get SMART booty remarks relayed back to you about why you were not there. Fricken club has 23 members and I have yet to be there working with more than 6 to 8 people at any one time. I have never hunted on this place but have put in more time than most of the member.
You know what I think of this --- F. U.

Tell them! I can sympathize with you, but you really need to tell them.

No matter how muck work has to be done someone always gets accused of not doing enough. Sounds like you were doing the work for plenty others, but they are probably used to those fellas not working. Kinda like a silent partner. However, they are never silent when it comes to running ones mouth just silent about the work end of it. Good luck Duckmen sometimes hunting with a new crowd can be tricky. Glad to see ya postin, wasnt it you that give the mugger the poo end of the stick? If so glad you are OK.

"@#$%#" it man. Sumbody always got a bitch. Aint gonna matter come opening day.
I took in a 75 year old gentleman this year. He told me was afraid he couldn't do his part on the physical stuff. Told him "@#$%#" it, I'd been doing it for folks that could so long, I'd never notice, and if I did I wouldn't care! bwhahahahaha. Ready for a waterfowl ja-hade in a few days, all the work & cheese wont matter then, i assure you. travis

NOT A MEMBER OF A CLUB AND DON'T WANT TO BE FOR THIS VERY REASON. WE GET THESE VERY FEW PRECIOUS DAYS TO BE OUT IN THE WONDERFUL WORLD OF DUCK HUNTING AND THE ONLY THING THAT I CAN'T STAND IS TO HUNT WITH SOMEONE WHO ISN'T GOING TO ENJOY THEMSELVES BECAUSE THEY THINK ITS NOT FAIR FOR YOU TO HUNT BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T DO AS MUCH WORK. I HOPE TO NEVER HAVE TO JOIN A CLUB BUT AS TIME GOES BY AND LEASES GO UP THAT DREAM MAY COME TO AN END. VMAN
